Section 1: Uploaded Media

When using the term “Media” it means any form of Uploaded and Usable Photo/Video/Audio to this website database.

  1. Any Media on display are properly licensed and credited to their creators.
  2. There will be no downloading and/or reuploading of any Media found throughout the site.
    1. including but not limited to character reference sheets and company logos/icons.
    2. We will report any reuploading to the proper platform moderators to takedown the content if found violated.
  3. You may not claim any Media as your own, as any media currently uploaded to this site is all personally owned.
    1. I have not made every Media on this site, but if I have not credited the creator or the media does not contain a creator’s watermark, you may contact me at nicholas@osoglitchy.com

Section 2: Commenting

Any Comment may be reviewed and withheld with proper reason and may not be disputed.

  1. Any visitor or members of the site may comment, providing they are willing to fill out the prompt info required in any comments area.
  2. You must include what the prompt requires when creating a comment.
  3. Items like your IP Adress, and items included from the prompt will be saved for safety reasons.
    1. Any saved item(s) will not be shared or publicly shown, but may be viewed by any Administrator/Editor.
  4. While most comments will be reviewed before being publicized, do not click any suspicious or untrusted urls within any comments that users post.

Section 3: Contacting

  1. You may not contact any emails under the domain to:
    1. Advertise
    2. Harass
    3. Exploit/Hack
    4. Spam
  2. When contacting, we reserve the right to report or block anyone breaking the previous aforementioned reasons.
  3. Email Users under the domain have to the right to restrict your access to the entire site.

Section 4: Links

Because there is a section for Links in Section 2: Comments, do not reference this section for any comments submitted. To see the true link of any button or hyperlink, hover your mouse or, for mobile, hold down onto the link without letting go until a window pops open to view the true link of the destination.

    Any redirects are to verified platforms (i.e. Spotify, Instagram, Tiktok, Discord, Roblox)
